Melanie Forrester provides motivational 1:1 careers tutoring to students and graduates of all ages. A fully-qualified L7 Careers Guidance Practitioner and L6 Careers Leader, Melanie has 18 years’ experience supporting young people and adults to make effective careers and educational pathway decisions. She works in local state and private schools, colleges and with students privately.
Qualified in Psychometric Evaluation (British Psychological Society Level A & B), she uses both in-depth discussion and careers profiling to help students understand themselves better. They learn their innate aptitudes, their personality type, how their brain analyses information. Students learn which careers they could really excel in and enjoy and how to access these via diverse pathways.
Melanie is a member of the Career Development Institute, is on their Register of Career Professionals and adheres to their Code of Ethics, She is a member of The Tutor's Association, has an annual enhanced DBS check & is fully insured.
